Mountain Lacrosse League! MINERS VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION BBQ.
The BBQ is on Saturday at 5 pm at the Oslanski's. The map

The Edmonton Miners have been in
existence since 1986 and since 1995 have been a Jr. B team. Miners history
includes winning the Founder's Cup in 1999, silver medals in 1995 and 2001
and bronze in 1996 and 2002.
Being the two time defending Champions has it's price as the rest of
the League is looking to unseat you from your top dog spot. To be the
best you must beat the best and for the past couple of seasons the Miners
have been the best. Keeping that in mind the Miners strive to leave nothing
to chance and play a solid 60 minutes each time on the floor. Following
a good showing at the 2002 Founder's Cup tournament the Miners look to
repeat their local success and build on their experiences at the National
events.
PRESS RELEASES EDMONTON
CUP
In an effort to prepare for the playoffs the three Edmonton
teams have agreed to a double round tournament and will challenge
for the Edmonton Cup. Action begins tonight and carries on
for the next two weeks. The following is the schedule for the
games. Come out and catch the action. It should be exciting
and fast paced. All games are at Bill Hunter Arena and begin
at 7 pm unless otherwise notified.
